Job Description
Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements; coordinate with stakeholders.
Draft, edit and proofread documents; manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials and take minutes; follow-up on action items.
Book travel , prepare itineraries and manage expense reports.
Conduct research, analyze data and prepare reports.
Assist with special projects, track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Manage office supplies, handle calls and maintain confidential files.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Proven work experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MS Office Suite Proficiency is a must. (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. TOEFL: 80 or IELTS:6.5 or Duolingo English Test or any Certificate of Proficiency in English.
Experience with project management software e.g Asana, Trello
Knowledge of specific industry or company terminology.
