Job Description
Primarily responsible for providing support to the Executive Office Department on administrative tasks and special projects or assignments to ensure efficient flow of day to day operations. Ensures confidentiality of all information.
- Assists in general administrative functions for the Executive Office Department.
- Performs clerical duties such as but not limited to photocopying and filing of documents.
- Assists in maintaining adequate supplies to ensure availability of materials for use of the department.
- Assists in the preparation for Management Committee meetings and other appointments as requested by the Executive Office Department.
- Screens and assists callers and visitors for the department.
- Prepares correspondences as instructed.
- Organizes and maintains files and records.
- Assists in managing the calendar of activities.
- Acts as a liaison with individuals or groups inside and outside of the company on behalf of the Executive Office Department.
- Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
College graduate of any 4 year course.
At least 3 years related work experience
Technical Competencies: Can relate well to employees at all levels in the organization; Trustworthy, Team player, Computer literate,
Good communication skills both written and verbal; Analytical and resourceful; Good problem solving skills and can deal with practical problems.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills
