JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Law
Must have a strong background in Law with focus in corporate, commercial, labor, tax, and property law.
At least 3 yrs of experience in the practice of law is preferred but not necessary.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle legal matters of FGGC and act as its in-house corporate counsel of legal consultant.
Identify, mitigate, monitor and manage legal and regulatory risks on FGGC, and assume active involvement in problem-solving and crisis management over critical issues that handle an impact on FGGC operations;
Handle property acquisitions of the FGGC and other related concerns;
Manage the licenses, permits and other regulatory requirements of FGGC;
As needed, provide general support to the HR team on administrative and labor issues;
Prepare and manage legal and compliance library; and
Perform other tasks as necessary.
