Job Summary:
The Excecutive Secretary, Quality Management provides overall administrative and clerical support to the Division Head, by managing executive's calendar and appointments, handling information requests, preparing required reports, and other clerical functions such as correspondence, safekeeping, and filing of documents and attending to queries and needs of walk-in visitors, guests, and employees.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
