Primary Duties:
Maintains the calendar plan for scheduling and fixing the day-to-day schedule of the President.
Acts as a liaison between the external or internal executives, managers and consultants in coordinating meetings.
Arranges meetings and meeting facilities as needed.
Processes incoming and outgoing mails and facsimile as well as sorting and distributing to appropriate individuals.
Answers the phone calls and takes accurate messages and screens/directs phone calls in a professional manner.
Arranges business travel plans as well as personal travel of the President. Prepares itinerary and trip file for the President.
Be ready to delegate the responsibilities of the executive as per the executives' instructions and exercise effective decision making, if needed.
Coordinates and oversee the completion of special project as needed.
Maintains and updates files in a systematic manner.
Maintains and exercise the highest degree of confidentiality of all documents and business dealings at the office of the President.
Manages and prioritizes the multiple tasks that have been assigned.
Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year business management course
Proficient with principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
Expert in basic principles and practices of records management and general administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate; strong knowledge in PowerPoint presentation is an advantage
With outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
