Responsibilities:
Support Executive Team: Assist the executive management team with daily operational tasks and administrative duties. This includes coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
Project Management: Collaborate with executives on special projects, events, and initiatives to improve restaurant operations, customer experience, and overall business performance.
Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and research to help executives make informed decisions regarding menu changes, marketing strategies, and other business aspects.
Marketing Support: Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, both online and offline, to attract more customers and increase brand awareness.
Customer Service: Interact with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Use this feedback to recommend improvements to the management team.
Financial Analysis: Assist in monitoring and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and expenses to support the executive team in making financial decisions.
Cross-Functional Exposure: Collaborate with different departments, including kitchen, service, and human resources, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant's operations.
Research and Innovation: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the food industry and contribute innovative ideas to enhance MadCafe's offerings.
