Job Description
1. Responsible for overall planning of assigned customers scheduling orders, deliveries and ensuring customers delivery requirements are achieved.
2. Review, analyze and optimize customers' forecast / demand vs actual loading trend.
3. Ensure customer requirements / special instructions are documented and meeting specification.
4. Responsible to verify information on travelers and other issuing forms.
5. Driving production for shorter cycle time and OTD performance.
6. Communicate status of products with ASE Sales / customers in timely manner.
7. Provide accurate customers' reports in timely manner.
8. Expedite operations that delay schedules and provide revise schedules to customer after internal review.
9. Communicate customer's ad hoc urgent request with ASE internal relevant personnel in order to support customer needs.
10. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
