Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
Provides accurate and relevant information and services to the guests and delivers it to them in the most meaningful way
Up-sells the Hotel to guests whenever the opportunity arises
Responsible for all Food & Beverage inventory, including supplies at Premier Club, including mis-en-plus of stocked items
Qualifications
Graduate of Hospitality or any related course
With Food and Beverage experience
Can work in a fast phase environment
