What you will need to succeed in this role:
As the Executive Assistant, your role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities, including:
Help with trip planning, internet research, miscellaneous projects, etc.
Sales research that could include some light phone work to qualify leads.
Very good English, strong computer skills, able to manipulate data in excel, helpful if they are familiar with Salesforce.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience
Good to excellent communication skills; minor accent is acceptable
Tools: Excel (proficient), Sales Force (big plus), Office 365, Google Workspace
Has been an Executive Assistant before to help the client get organized
Seeking a candidate who is tech savvy and open to learning new technology
