About the job:
We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing meetings, scheduling appointments, and handling various administrative duties, including drafting and organizing emails. Your role will also involve conducting research as needed and assisting in maintaining client organization. Additionally, you will be tasked with handling travel bookings and accommodations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless operations and support within our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating and overseeing meetings, as well as scheduling appointments.
Drafting and organizing emails, along with various administrative duties.
Conducting research as needed.
Assisting in maintaining client organization.
Handling travel bookings and accommodations.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Good to excellent communication skills; a minor accent is acceptable
Familiarity with tools such as Office 365 and Slack
Very outgoing and a great communicator
