Job Summary:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficient functioning of the executive team within our organization. You will provide high-level administrative and clerical support to executives, helping them manage their schedules, tasks, and responsibilities. Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
· Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
· Excellent communication probably in English language and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
· Calendar Management.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive.
· Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
· Ensure executives are well- prepared for meetings by providing necessary documents and information.
Communication:
· Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/ external stakeholders.
· Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
· Draft and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations.
Administrative Support:
· Maintain and organize executive files, documents, and records.
· Prepare and submit expense reports and manage financial documents.
· Handle routine administrative tasks such filing, data entry, and office supply management.
Travel Coordinator:
· Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
· Ensure travel plans align with business objectives and cost- effectiveness.
· Meeting and Event Planning.
· Assist in organizing company meetings, conferences, and special events.
· Coordinate logistics, and audiovisual requirements for meetings.

· Maintain the utmost discretion and handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
· Can be relied upon for all aspects of both professional and personal matters concerning the business and the executive.
