Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
Preferably with Master's degree
With at least 3-5 years of working experience as Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant role.
With at least 2-3 years of working experience as Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant in a real estate company.
Preferably with background in Finance
Highly proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Can do multi-tasking with high attention to details.
Highly organized, flexible and adaptable to a fast paced environment.
Customer-oriented and team player.
Willing to be assigned in Makati area.
