Duties and Responsibilities
Assists the CEO with daily administrative tasks and completes a wide range of administrative tasks, such as keeping track of an active calendar of appointments, writing and preparing correspondence, finishing related reports, organizing travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and gathering documents for meetings.
Handles sensitive, complex, and confidential information with competence and professionalism.
Develops, organizes, coordinates, and oversees office workflow, making sure deadlines are met in the process.
Produces reports, manages numerous correspondences, and carries out administrative duties for the team.
Distributes directives and/or papers to the proper officials that call for quick attention or action.
Keeps track of all transactions and papers, including appointments and schedules, that come in and go out.
Arranges and examines any paperwork that requires the supervisory executive's approval or signature.
Keeps all documents, including confidential files, in an orderly filing system.
Evaluate all business dealings and provide precise reports based on your findings.
Carry out further relevant tasks as directed by the President.
Qualiifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, or any related course.
At least 1 year of related working experience as Executive Assistant.
Proficient in Photoshop. Can do photo editing, photo lay out and design
Must have knowledge in administrative coordination and managing several priorities
Excellent follow-up abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral
A solid record of carefully handling sensitive information
