Our client is a US-based Digital Marketing Coach who offers live courses and workshops, implementation guides, on-demand consulting and strategy sessions, training, and resources. She helps small business owners and marketers develop custom systems to achieve their desired results from digital marketing.
About the Role:
This right-hand role involves providing administrative support, routine correspondence, and assistance with the day-to-day operations of the client's business. The ideal Executive Assistant is someone who is flexible and has a can-do attitude, as this requires supporting the client in her business and personal affairs. They should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to stay steps ahead to help the client achieve sharp gains in productivity and operate at the highest level.
About the Role:
Ensuring executive's agenda is set. You will do this by taking all items/emails/projects that she needs to address and prioritizing them, then notifying her accordingly. Your job is to ensure maximum productivity.
Dealing with all incoming communication inquiries - organizing them and responding to simple questions on behalf of the client
Assisting with online gathering of data and intelligence for specific industries, institutions, prospective clients and contacts
Managing complex calendar: coordination of appointments, meetings, classes, and other commitments
Scheduling social media posts written and created by the client through CoSchedule and Later.
Organizing travel and itineraries when needed
Managing projects on behalf of the client to ensure deadlines and goals are met
Organizing and filing personal and business documents
Conserves client's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information for the client as requested.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in an executive administrative/assistant role.
Project management experience preferred but not required
Experience in using a social media scheduling software required
Strong English communication skills with awesome writing capability (good grammatical prowess)
Highly skilled researcher
Has excellent decision-making capability
Proven track record of organizing and managing travel itineraries, meetings, and the likes
Efficient with email, scheduling, and calendar management etc.
High level rapport-building skill and etiquette
Ability to follow processes and procedures and document them in great detail
Ability to execute tasks with high professionalism and prioritization
Tech-savvy: quick learner for new platforms and systems
Highly disciplined, extremely organized, and pays great attention to details
Self-starter who can work autonomously and able to get things done with minimal supervision
