Job Description
Acts as an office receptionist and perform administrative tasks including digitalizing, filling and photocopying office documents
Prepares and receives documents and cheques for the President and Members of the Executive
Coordinates all meetings/conferences of the President and Members of the Executive
Maintains outmost confidentiality of information in the daily transactions of the office
Performs other duties that may be assigned to or required of the job by the President and Members of the Executive
