Executive Assistant acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Managing executives' calendars and set up meetings.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
Provide general administrative support.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Take meeting minutes, Prepare reports, Organize meetings, Design and Maintain a filing system, Client relations, Calendar management
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce or equivalent.
WORK LOCATION:
Candidates must be willing to be assigned to the Head Office in Magallanes, Makati
