We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who possesses excellent operational skills, system management, project, and time management with the ability to help manage our team and customers so that we can continue to grow our fast-growing education company.
We need someone who is a quick learner, a problem solver, can wear multiple hats, understands businesses (and people), is proactive, has a strong attention to detail and is hard working.
You'll get extra bonus points if you have an entrepreneurial, marketing basics and a growth minded spirit to help us keep our company moving forward.
In short, we need someone who is thought provoking and can offer input (not just follow instructions) whilst keeping me organized and turn my hyperactive thoughts into action so that I'm as effective and efficient as possible.
Location: Remote, reporting to Sydney time zone (6am-12nn PH)
Engagement: Part-time role, 30 hours per week

For this position, you'll be organizing and managing both the company's and Brando's personal systems and operations. We are looking for someone who understands our business so they can lighten the load and can help us streamline our systems and processes.
This is the perfect role for someone who has experience in fast paced, results oriented business environments; success in delivering quality results in operational excellence, building talented teams, profit orientated, strategic planning and brand positioning.

●Is a fast learner, a growth mindset, a sales mindset, a creative edge and feels they can offer interesting ideas.
● "Systems Thinking" orientated with a strong attention to detail
● Familiar with brand management and how to ensure the business
● Highly organized and task focused
● Comfortable managing projects and teams with little to no supervision
● Familiar with technology and how to streamline processes
● Fast learner, growth mindset and have a strong attention to detail.
● Grammatically orientated and comfortable writing copy in English (Australian)
● Thinking outside the box and finding creative solutions is second nature
● Worked remotely or with clients in other countries and are comfortable being your own manager.
● Familiar with popular platforms such as [Instagram, FB, scheduling apps, CRM, wordpress]
● Bonus points if you have experience with any of these:
○ Background in fitness, particularly crossfit
○ You're familiar with paid and organic marketing strategies
○ Video + photo editing is a skill that would be great to have but it's not necessary.
○ SEO / Google marketing is a skill that would be great to have but it's not necessary.
