Job Description
Ensure planning, scheduling meetings and appointments of the Managing Director
Ensure preparation and editing email correspondence reports and presentations
Ensure all reports and data files are orderly arranged to avoid inconvenience
Maintains and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Ensure safety and security in the office at all times; coordinate with the building administration and security agency, as required
Enforce Physical Access Control Policy procedures
Coordinate with the building administration on measures undertaken to ensure health and sanitation in the offices at all times
Ensure usability of pantry and office equipment, and air-conditioning units, and coordinate proper maintenance with suppliers/service providers
Enforce cleanliness and hygiene are maintained by contracted maintenance services in all areas
Ensure availability of general, office, and pantry supplies
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years work experience in related functions
Familiar with office administrative procedures
Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Detail-oriented, flexible and ability to multi-task
Professional in bearing
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or Accounting
