POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for day-to-day support for the overall administrative function of the Philippine Executive Team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages and maintains the Executives' overall activities
Prepares reports, financial statements and other documents
Maintains executives' appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence and speaking for the executive
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Acts as a point of contact among executives, clients and other external partners
Knowledge

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (any field) is preferred
At least has 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant for multiple executives in a BPO setting
