They operate across multiple business entities and support farmers, partners, and agricultural stakeholders working toward more efficient and environmentally conscious crop production.Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant will support the CEO of two growing AgTech businesses by driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional workflows, and enabling the executive to focus on high-impact priorities. This role exists to streamline communication, strengthen organizational systems, and ensure flawless execution across projects, research tasks, and strategic initiatives. You will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where accuracy, follow-through, and structured thinking are essential. Candidates who thrive in highly dynamic settings, demonstrate ownership, and maintain rigorous attention to detail will excel in this position.Your ImpactYou will directly improve executive productivity by optimizing calendar management, communication flow, and operational processes across multiple entities. Your work will enhance organizational clarity, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure that high-priority initiatives progress on time. You will contribute to better reporting, stronger client relationships, and more informed decision-making through research and structured documentation. Additionally, you will help accelerate growth by supporting light M&A activities, strategic evaluations, and cross-team coordination.Core ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support:
Manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, and time allocation to ensure maximum productivity.
Organize inboxes, flag high-priority items, and draft clear, professional communications.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
Track deadlines, commitments, and action items to ensure timely execution.
Maintain proactive oversight of ongoing projects to ensure on-time delivery.
Operational Coordination:
Maintain and refine SOPs, documentation, and administrative workflows.
Support operations across both business entities including vendor coordination and task management.
Facilitate team communication, shared workspaces, and progress tracking systems.
Streamline recurring workflows and support cross-functional operational processes.
Communication & Client Interaction:
Draft and polish emails, summaries, and communication briefs.
Maintain strong professional rapport with growers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Prepare talking points, meeting summaries, and internal updates.
Research, Reporting & Analysis:
Conduct industry, competitor, and market research to support executive decision-making.
Compile concise briefs, summaries, and actionable insights.
Support reporting on product performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities.
M&A & Special Projects:
Assist with early-stage due diligence and preparation of materials.
Maintain organized documentation and track communication with potential targets.
Support ad-hoc operational or business development initiatives.
RequirementsMust-Haves (Required)
Previous experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in fast-paced or multi-entity environments.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI research/writing tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with urgency and precision.
Strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to synthesize information.
High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Highly organized, proactive, and consistently engaged across multiple workflows.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
Familiarity with agriculture, AgTech, biotech, or scientific products.
Experience supporting M&A, investor relations, or due diligence processes.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Shopify.
Spanish language ability (for informal communication or occasional translation).
Exposure to e-commerce or financial platforms such as QuickBooks.
