SVC PH Inc., an affiliate of Executive Boutique Call Center, is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager!

Overview:
 
The role will focus on developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's digital marketing strategies to achieve its business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance and direction.
Develop and execute Content, SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Develop measurement frameworks and KPIs to track digital marketing performance.
Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation of campaign performance, derive actionable insights, adjust strategies, and allocate budgets for optimal results.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Lead ad hoc projects about developing Digital Marketing for the company.
To assume other duties as requested by the Management of Select VoiceCom.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, IT or any related field.
5+ years of Digital Marketing work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Advanced proficiency in SEO, SEM, Analytics, Paid Search, and Social Media Marketing.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, and content management systems.
Proficiency in CRM, Email Marketing, and Analytics tools.
Expertise in Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation in a B2B landscape.
Superior project management skills with the ability to work with technical and business teams and multinational counterparts.
Experience working in a BPO company is highly preferred.
