Responsibilities:
Creates beautiful and easy-to-use MS Excel, Google Sheets or any Reports templates for the company's brand.
Works simultaneously with writers to develop original and high-quality reports templates based on business categories, customer usability, and branding standards
Creates and designs the reports templates and its visuals with purpose, value, and that is at par with the latest design/graphics trends
Applies skills, knowledge, and talent in design execution to determine appropriate and effective usage of color, text, font style, imagery, layout, etc
Collaborates with the production team and shares artistic contributions to continuously create any spreadsheet templates that are both aesthetically pleasing and usable
Qualifications:
Highly Proficient in using MS Excel and Google Sheets (Expert Level)
Understands branding, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, color theory and photography
Highly self-motivated, mature, flexible, and can easily focus or multi task depending on the task at hand
Can research, comprehend, and integrate information/visuals from different sources to make creative and innovative designs yet original
Meticulous and has strong attention to detail
Open to feedback, criticism and willing to learn to further improve designing skills
