Kalibrr is looking for an experienced event moderator for our marketing events who can establish a friendly atmosphere in the room, make the speakers feel welcome, and go a long way toward ensuring that interesting questions are asked, and a solid discussion ensues.
Your responsibilites will include:
Responsible for the facilitation, review, and guidance of a discussion and its related interactions
Use a standard or guideline to ensure that all the content shared during a discussion is appropriate and adheres to the organization's rules
Provide discussion topics, encourage participants to share, answer questions and define boundaries and rules for the group or discussion, and remove unrelated or inappropriate content.
Experienced in moderating events
An eye for minutiae coupled with exceptional judgment.
Excellent administrative and logistical abilities.
Openness to constructive and respectful input.
Exceptional public speaking skills
