JOB DESCRIPTION
The Collections Analyst will be responsible in managing the day to day operations of his/ her accounts and ensuring that the set collections, reserves, and AR DSO targets, KPIs and SLAs are met on a monthly basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analysing/ monitoring client A/R account balances for past due to ensure that cash collections and reserves targets are met every month.
• Making client contacts as per collections strategy (e.g. comfort calls, e-mails, follow-ups) and ensuring to deliver the daily targets on calls and interactions; and ensuring all work is performed in accordance with targets.
• Utilizing collections tools and workflow to manage contacts.
• Planning and organizing work so that Service Level Agreement objectives are realized and managing well his/ her collections portfolio and prioritize debt issues.
• Ensure to successfully handle most non-routine issues and escalate to management and business issues that cannot be resolved.
• Ensure to contribute ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of processes within area of influence.
