Job Summary
The Ethics & Compliance Manager supports the Ethics & Compliance, Director of Compliance Program Management & Strategic Initiatives with the management of Accenture's global Ethics and Compliance Program, with specific focus on leading and implementing strategic program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Working with Ethics & Compliance and other Legal and Corporate Functions stakeholders to co-design and lead various cross-compliance strategic initiative projects
Provide primary program and project management support for strategic initiatives and other key Ethics & Compliance operations activities (e.g., senior leadership reporting)
Display effective organization skills and manage multiple and often competing priorities
Demonstrate strong reporting and written and verbal communication skills across all levels (e.g., team updates, internal E&C leadership comms, detailed working group notes)
Drive standardization of delivery and activities to provide efficient service, as well as knowledge sharing and supporting related teams/projects
Demonstrate sharp attention to detail in executing and reviewing work products to ensure the highest quality deliverables in the allotted timeframe
Integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams in order to analyze complex issues, mitigate risks, and solve problems
Relationships
Reports to: Ethics & Compliance, Director of Compliance Program Management & Strategic Initiatives
Key Relationships:
Senior Director, Global Ethics & Compliance and other Ethics & Compliance leadership and team members
Other Legal and Corporate Functions leadership and team members, as required
Ethics and Compliance professionals at client and peer companies
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree (e.g., Business, Management, Compliance)
Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in corporate compliance program management Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar certification required (or willingness to obtain certification once hired)
Work Requirements: Minimal travel required ability to work with and manage resources remotely
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Knowledge of compliance and ethics framework for global corporations
Demonstrated experience developing, implementing and/or managing corporate compliance programs and/or compliance-related strategic projects
Strong leadership skills, executive presence and the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels and across functions (e.g., Legal, Finance)
Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment and under tight timelines to deliver high-quality results
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and work products, with often competing priorities
Fluent in English
Must Have:
