The ideal candidate has strong experience in the heavy machinery or parts industry and is confident working with advanced Excel tools and project management software. This role plays a critical part in preparing accurate quotes, analyzing project scopes, and ensuring cost-efficient delivery.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate estimates, quotes, and budgets for equipment maintenance, repairs, and parts.Analyze project specifications to determine scope of work, required materials, and cost factors.Utilize Simpro for project tracking, cost management, and report generation.Build and maintain Gantt charts in Excel to visualize project timelines and milestones.Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with project expectations.Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvement across the quoting process.QualificationsAdvanced Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, charts, automation preferred).Proven experience in heavy machinery, equipment servicing, or parts estimation.Familiarity with Simpro or similar project/job management systems.Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.Ability to interpret specifications, technical documents, and cost structures.Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.BenefitsWhy Join Us?
