Job Description
Estimate the cost of materials labour, and equipment for construction projects, using contract bids, quotations, drawings and specifications
Decide how the tendering procedure will work, recommend tenders and conduct negotiations.
Keep track of the projects costs and budget.
Work with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors
manage and co-ordinate construction projects.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction related qualifications
