Review architectural plans to create detailed material takeoffs for various pre-approved home models.
List and quantify all required materials per project plan to support client procurement and builder requests.
Ensure compatibility with BuildNotes' existing vendor marketplace and preferred supplier relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates align with project specifications and timelines.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all estimates and related documentation
QualificationsMust-Haves:
Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry. ( At least 2-3 years of experience .)
Strong understanding of material takeoffs, cost estimation, and project documentation.
Has Proven Experience working in remote setups.
Tech-Savvy and can learn new tools quickly.
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with construction estimation software or digital takeoff tools.
Has experience using Xactimate or similar tools
Experience coordinating with procurement teams or vendor marketplaces.
Prior experience working with international clients or remote teams.
