Job Description
Following client briefs to create suitable layout plans and concept design packages
Working together with the project lead, estimator and projects team on revisions, product sourcing, working to
budget and construction
Converting and building conceptual packages to construction packages, including liaison with engineers and
certifiers where required
Create electronic sample boards and select fixtures and finishes within the project budget
Build industry relationships with suppliers
Attend milestone meetings with the team and clients
Manage others successfully in the design team
Qualifications
Experience in commercial design in Australia
Proficiency in Archicad Drawing and modifying PDF drawings into auto CAD
Production of working construction drawings
Checking of drawings ( AUSTRALIA COMPLIANCE )
3d Renders
Prioritising and coordinating deadlines
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Experience/Skills required:
Minimum of 3 years' experience producing full working drawings
Proficiency with Revit or ArchiCAD
Ability to work within a team
Strong verbal and written skills
A strong attention to detail, pride in presentation
Ability to create 3D conceptual renders when required
A solid understanding of the BCA and Australian Standards
Ability to work within budget and deadlines
Skill set to manage multiple designs at once & self-manage workload
Ability to work under time constraints
A high value on working as part of a team
An eagerness to continuously learn within the commercial design industry

Work Schedule (Dayshift)
Monday to Friday (6AM - 3PM; Manila Time)
Location (Homebased)
