What you'll do:
Counseling
Communicates with and provides tutors support and guidance regularly, and ensures issues and concerns are dealt with accordingly
Monitors tutor metrics, identifies performance gaps, and creates personalized action plans to address those
Other tasks which may be assigned
What we'd like you to have:
A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Education, English, etc.
6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
Excellent command of the English language (Written and Oral)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, namely MS Word and Excel
Detail-oriented, with good interpersonal and time management skills
Customer-oriented, and is able to facilitate feedback sessions
Not required, but very useful:
TESOL Certification
