Salary Package:
ESL Teachers: Starting salary (with 0-6 months experience) includes Basic Salary plus Training Certificate Incentives, with total earnings up to 19,000 PHP.
Incentives and Benefits:
Attendance Incentive: Earn over 2,000 PHP monthly for consistent attendance.
Group Class Incentive: 1,000 PHP
Certification Incentives:
Celta/Trinity Tesol: 1,500 PHP
TESOL/TEFL Certificate: 500 PHP
TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication): 500 PHP
TESDA (TM English): 500 PHP
LET: 500 PHP
Eligible certificates include CELTA, Trinity TESOL, TESOL, TEFL, TOEIC, TESDA, and other relevant licenses.
