What you'll do:
Staff Performance Evaluation
Accomplishes all assigned deliverables related to the staff performance evaluation system
Evaluates staff performance based on the prescribed rubric
Provides personalized feedback in any form on the performance of the staff based on the evaluation conducted
Reports performance evaluation results to stakeholders regularly
Calibration
Helps facilitate calibration sessions to ensure that everyone in the department is standardized
Assists in giving feedback to the staff based on performance evaluation conducted
Other tasks/projects which may be assigned.
What we'd like you to have:
Graduate of a bachelor's degree, preferably Education
With at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in ESL, quality assurance, or equivalent
Proficient in both oral and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Not required, but very useful:
TESOL Certification
Note: Please be advised that this is a Full-time Office-based position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup, but will resume normal office operations once the pandemic eases. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online.
