Job Description
Minimum requirements:
Strong analytical skills
Good communication and presentation skills § With at least 3-5 years experience in SAP system functional role: FI/CO, SD
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Knowledge in other Finance system tools is a plus
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day FICO based support for the Company SAP systems.
Responsible to maintain other Finance systems and tools managed by the team
Ensure timely and efficient response on support tickets received from various tools and from various entities of the group
Recommend continuous improvement opportunities to increase work efficiency and reporting.
Work closely with other ERP functional and technical teams for ERP project implementation and enhancement.
Contribute to the development of training materials, support the business in developing work instructions and conducting end user training.
Key skills:
Ability to prioritize and organize a demanding workload to fit to business needs.
Strong customer service orientation, to understand the needs of diverse clients in a positive and professional manner.
Self-motivated and team oriented approach.
