We are looking for ERC & Legal Associate who will be responsible for audit review and monitoring of different Compliance-related risks, and manage the remediation process of the same risks including the compliance with various internal and external requirements of the activities of the unit.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Conduct 100% Compliance and Risk Management of related activities based on audit plan prepared and approved by the ERC Head
Prepares regular timely reports on the audit results, remediation plans and closure reports
Support the ERC team in gathering data for use in conduct Trending Analysis of Sandoz Compliance Policy related activities, spend, and other relevant data to identify current and emerging risk areas Conduct Risk Management Audit based on Audit Plan prepared and approved for execution by the ERC Head
Handles the quarterly review and reporting of relevant information for Sandoz PH unit .
New Hire Admin & other P&O Support and Learning & Development
Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
At least 1 year experience in monitoring, and/or internal audit/compliance function or any related job experience
Proficient in English and Tagalog.
Attention to details
Excellent in multi-tasking
Mastery of MS Office.
