Requirements
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) on Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Electronic and Communication), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical).
Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
Responsibilities
About the job
Reporting to the Supervisor, the Engineer we seek will
Be responsible for the design and development; set up and wiring; installation and checking of jigs; small equipment and machinery automation for production use in the manufacture of car air condition system, fuel pump, instrument clusters and others
Provide training and development plans for automation skill level up of Machine and Tooling Associates
Collaborate with related departments, OGC (Overseas Group Companies) of DNJP (DENSO Japan) to achieve KPI target and new product development
Implementing/directing Kaizen activities to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction
Requirements
Graduate of BS Mechatronics Engineering or BS Electronics Engineering
With relevant experience as automation lead in a manufacturing company
Experience in using PLC Programming, Ladder design and hard wiring of equipment and/or jigs will be an advantage
Highly motivated, results driven and with self-initiative
With above average communication skills
Leadership skills
With excellent problem solving / analysis skills
