About the role The Plating Sustaining Equipment Engineer is in-charge of the Equipments' performance and capability sustenance for Quality, Productivity and Delivery.

Machine availability/utilization
Machine MTBA monitoring and improvement
Functional Improvement and Cost Down
Choice of Equipment (BEST team) and procurement specification preparation
Equipment Documentation (i.e. Work Instructions/FMEA/Troubleshooting procedures)
New Parts/Capability
Equipment Operating Procedure Approval
New Equipment Training and best practices fan out to technicians
Technical Support Skills development
Spare Parts Management
Ensure machine conformance to safety and quality requirements
Risk Evaluation Approach
Equipment FMEA
QIP
What you will need
BS Engineering Graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, ECE)
7 years of Experience in the same industry and process
Proficient in electro-pneumatics, mechanical and electronics systems
Assembly Process Knowledge
Assembly Equipment Knowledge
Statistical Tools (i.e. minitab, SAS JMP)
Problem Solving Tools (i.e. 3x5 why, Kepner Tregoe, PDCA, etc.)
Technical Drawings
Presentation & Communication
Leadership
Team Player
