EQUIPMENT ENGINEER ASST. SUPERVISOR - MEDICAL FACTORY
 
Job description:
Assists day-to-day operations ensuring conformity to regulations/ guidelines/ SOP in Production Division Equipment Section.
Creates preventive maintenance plan to maintain the effectivity the functionality of the machines and equipment facilities. Keep records of the preventive maintenance plan and other internal reports.
Assists in overseeing and executing activities related to design, assembly, registration, confirmation, installation, qualification of process and utility equipment, work environment validation, equipment transfer, maintenance, and reporting of results.
Assists in handling equipment non-conformity investigations and coordinates with concerned Division/ Section in resolving equipment-related issues.
Assists in staffing function and defining roles of subordinates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering and related courses.
At least 5 years of experience in management and leadership roles.
Must have an experience on maintenance (facilities and process machines) and improvement activities.
Proficient in design software (AutoCAD/ Solidworks). Can read, interpret diagrams, and drawings.
