I. POSITION BRIEF
Environmental Health & Safety Officer/Admin responsible for all Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance of the Plant and Administrative function of the Plant such as Common Facilities, Services, Fixed assets inventory, Supplies such as PPE's. Cleanliness & Orderliness of Plant Grounds, Waste Management & Staff Houses Management.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

III. ESSENTIAL PROCESSES
1. Admin Supplies Management & Budget Planning
· PPE Supplies. Responsible for storage / safekeeping, material requisition & inventory control of PPE including SAP transaction.
2. Facilities Management
· Facilities Services. Making sure this is all available, working & functional at all times. Utilities supplies (water & power), printers, communication lines, firefighting equipment's / alarm systems, office air-cons
· Preventive Maintenance of Air-cons, Fire Fighting Equipment's & Building Easthetic
· Staff Houses & MYHOME Administration
3. Administrations of Plant Security
· Implementation of Gate Pass, ATD's & the like
· Incidents & Accident Reports
· Security Policies
4. Housekeeping. Responsible in maintaining cleanliness, good housekeeping within the plant premises. It should be organized and clean all the time.
5. Plant Fixed Assets. Responsible for Plant fixed assets inventory, monitoring & control.
6. Waste Management.
· Responsible for regular monthly disposal of plant waste (biofuel soot, sludge & construction debri)
· Responsible for coordination with other Department Heads for the regular disposal of their respective scraps such as metal scraps, scrap pallets, scrap drums, worn-out office equipment's & machines
· Responsible for cleanliness & maintenance of waste bin at SW warehouse
IV. QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of 4 year course, preferably Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Nursing or equivalent
With at least 1 year related experience in Environmental Health and Safety and Administrative work.
With BOSH Certification/Training
Familiar with SAP is an advantage
Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite
