Prime support for the Offshore Environment Management Team.
Provides identity and access management and Weblogic technical support from development to go-live environment
Provides technical design, build, testing plan and work estimates according to project specific requirements
Executes requests for change on Weblogic , SUN Identity Manager, Directory Server, and Access Manager
Troubleshoots and resolves defects related to Weblogic , SUN Identity Manager, Directory Server, and Access Manager
Builds new instances of SUN Identity Manager, Directory Server, and Access Manager
When required, provides or modifies entries within the Identity Suite
Helps build automation tools and scripts as they relate to SUN Identity Manager, Directory Server, and Access Manager
Documents processes and procedures related to the Identity Suite of applications
Works closely with our Quality Assurance, Development, and Security teams to meet the needs of our clients
