We're seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of sales experience to join our team at our office in Avenir, Lahug, Cebu City. In this role, you'll primarily handle customer inquiries related to short-term rentals or booking inquiries, providing top-notch service, and managing spam inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service for short-term rental or booking inquiries.
Handle customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with their rental or booking needs, ensuring satisfaction.
Manage and respond to spam inquiries effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Airbnb operations is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
