The co-founders started the company after multiple years in consulting and private equity. They built multiple successful e-commerce D2C brands before and bring in multiple years of experience with e-commerce marketplaces in the Philippines, including 9 years of growing e-commerce brand revenues on marketplaces in the Philippines.
The company has received a lot of investor interest and just successfully completed an oversubscribed pre-seed funding round. We are backed by reputable venture capital funds from Singapore and the Philippines. The investors also include experienced business angels in the e-commerce and tech ecosystem in the region as well as influential senior advisors, including an influential billionaire with strong ties to the media industry.
We are looking for an Entrepreneur-in-Residence to join us in building the team and taking on various tasks within the organization with the intention of transitioning into a leadership role in the future. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, passion for startups, interest in ecommerce, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Your role
Own, set-up, and/or manage key tasks within the organization within or possibly a rotation/combination of the following functions:
Ensure day-to-day operations of the business
Grow and manage brands within the company's portfolio
Prepare, analyze and present reports to stakeholders
Ensure completion of tasks within timeline and budget
Work closely with co-founders of the company to execute a pioneer business model in Southeast Asia

Degree in any field from a reputable business school or university; Preferably in Management, Business, Entrepreneurship, or other related course
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Prior experience starting/building/running a business is a distinct advantage
Experience in ecommerce is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset is a must; willing to roll up their sleeves and be immersed in the setup and day-to-day running of key tasks during the building stage of the company
