You will also be responsible for diagnosing issues, implementing innovative solutions, and continuously improving application performance and user experience.Roles & Responsibilities:Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Enterprise IP Telephony and related technologies.Lead, collaborate with, and guide the development team to ensure high-quality output.Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to key strategic and technical initiatives across multiple teams.Provide solutions to complex technical issues within your team and support other teams when needed.Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement to enhance overall team performance.Monitor project deliverables, track progress, and ensure timely completion of development milestones.Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive and insightful feedback to drive excellence in development standards.Professional & Technical Skills:Required: Expert-level proficiency in Enterprise IP Telephony.Must-Have: Strong proficiency in Cisco Call Manager.In-depth understanding of VoIP technologies and protocols.Proven experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex telephony-related issues.Familiarity with network infrastructure components and their impact on telephony systems.Ability to design, implement, and support scalable telephony solutions.Additional Information:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise IP Telephony is required.This role is based in our Manila office.Ready to make an impact? 🚀 Apply now and let's grow together!
