About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented Enrollment Auditor to join our growing team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of employee and provider enrollment processes across multiple insurance plans. You'll collaborate closely with consultants and internal teams to support client strategy, service excellence, retention, and billing accuracy.The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable working across systems and managing multiple priorities with precision.Key ResponsibilitiesAudit and verify enrollment data by comparing internal records with carrier information and supporting documentation.Ensure compliance with internal business rules and government regulations such as HIPAA and ERISA.Reconcile discrepancies between client enrollment files and carrier reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Prepare reports and insights on audit findings, data trends, and compliance performance.Identify process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across the enrollment process.Collaborate with consultants and operations teams to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.2-4 years of experience in the Benefits Consulting or Healthcare industry.1-2 years of hands-on experience in enrollment processing or auditing.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .Working knowledge of at least three Benefits Administration or HRIS systems .Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Nice to HaveCertification in Data Analysis or MS Excel .Experience working with AI tools or automation platforms.Why Join Us?Be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on improving employee experiences.Full time role with enticing benefits while supporting a U.S.-based operation.Contribute to a high-impact environment that values transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
