Engineering support: 1st point of contact for Ext MFG Subcons in terms of Engineering related issues.
MBOI Master: Work with Ext MFG sites to align changes in attributes within MBOI system
Single Strand Machine: Be aware of single strand machine and develop contingency plan to mitigate risk in the loss of production output.
Lagging lots: Minimize lagging lots in the production floor due to Engineering / Quality issues by prompt disposition and follow up with respective owners.
CRM: Take lead in minor and intermediate changes in Ext MFG subcons.
Audits: Support customers audits, MEA and Process audits. Carry out Walk the Line in critical Ext MFG Sites.
Yield: Drive total yield improvement
MPE: Drive reduction of MPE occurrences
Process Stability: Monitor and drive CPK improvement in critical process to reduce variations and increase process robustness.
Best Practice: Sharing and implementation of best practices in related Ext MFG sites
Value Engineering: Drive Value Engineering activities in External Manufacturing sites with support from Process Engg and Test Engg
Qualification of 2nd source
Extension of useful life of indirect material
Increase in throughput per process
Simplification of Process flow
Test Time Reduction
Automation: Drive automation to minimize low tech issues and maximize consistency in quality.
Machine performance: Drive consigned and consigned machines' efficiency to reduce CoO and optimize output.
Recertification: Prompt recertification of expired direct material for achieve cost avoidance.
KPIs: Generate and meet Operation Related KPIs
Supplier Review: Lead in consolidation of the SRS review for all subcons twice per year.
Regular Operation Meetings: Host regular meetings with Ext MFG Sites and internal stakeholders to resolve Operation challenges
Qualifications
Engineering Graduate preferrably a seasoned Engineer having a deep understanding and knowledge on Semiconductor Assembly and Test Operations and Process.
Minimum of 8 years experienced with semiconductor manufacturing Assembly and Test
Lean Six Sigma Trained and with accomplished projects, Certified LSSBB will be an edge
Can demonstrate high level of conducting troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills
Can demonstrate influencing Skills in driving change and improvement activities
Having a good English communication skills and presentation Skill
