What you'll be doing...
Performs lower level technical activities for a single (or multiple) technologies / customers
Follows basic technical procedures for incident triage
Follows basic technical procedures for single user MACDs
Works under supervision of other team members
Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards to meet certification requirements. Adhere to Verizon's policies such as security policy CPI-810.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Two or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience working with computers.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Experience with ITIL methodology.
