ENGLISH TRAINER / COMMUNICATIONS TRAINER
 
Responsibilities:
Effectively and efficiently facilitate Global Communications classes using the approved curriculum
Conduct workshops and/or verbal assessments (on-site or off-site) to identify potential trainees and correctly identify their profiles
Effectively moderate communications assessment
Effectively and efficiently facilitate Global Communications Workshops based on curriculum
Regularly attend Global Communications Training - specific calibration sessions in order to standardize the process of evaluating knowledge, skills and behaviors of trainees
Complete or adhere to administrative tasks vital to the accomplishment of departmental or non-departmental processes
Identify and collate trainees and/or employees' strengths and areas of opportunity in a development plan
Conduct weekly feedback sessions to impart communication and behavioral gaps
Conduct GCT certifications effectively and efficiently in order to fulfill operational needs by providing ready-to-hire trainees
Perform ad hoc tasks to support departmental needs and functions
Requirements
2-year undergraduate degree (communications arts and education majors preferred) or equivalent call center experience
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Basic or intermediate Training and Facilitation Skills
Strong organizational, interpersonal and consultative skills
Proficient in creating reports and in using MS Office
