Job Description
You will focus on:
Providing solutions to IT tickets, which come in through emails, chat, phone calls, and formal requests using M365 troubleshooting tools.
Administration, support and configuration of MS Office M365 for clients.
Troubleshoot M365 Related issues for Exchange Online, Share point Online, Azure among other products.
The IT ticket needs will vary depending upon the request; they typically include questions surrounding knowledge of the M365 web application, registering and buying domains, downloading and installing Office, and using the M365 feature set.
Communicate your daily working hours through sharing your calendar with the client.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you possess:
Excellent troubleshooting skills; Level II or above technical support experience.
Experience with M365 troubleshooting tools.
Must have experience in an M365 Administrator role.
Expert experience with Exchange Online.
Expert experience with SharePoint Online.
Expert experience with Azure Active Directory and networking.
Basic knowledge on PowerShell (basic commands/scripting).
Managing and troubleshooting Skype for Business Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Experience with DirectSyn (AD Connect) setup and configuration.
Experience with DNS including setup.
Knowledge on ADFS.
Ability to deploy apps to the M365 environment.
Ability to build competency in team to deliver customer requirements.
Required:
Excellent and professional Dutch speaking and chat skills.
Strong command of the English language.
Experience communicating with email, chat, and phone.
A remote work environment conducive to the job
Be available to start immediately is preferred.
Device Specifications:
PC or Laptop that is not joined to another company's domain, neither managed by any remote management - inventory systems or tools
Windows 10 Pro (latest updates installed)
Minimum of 8 GB Ram (16 is recommended)
Core i3 processor (i5 is recommended)
Minimum of 256GB Hard disk (256 SSD is recommended)
LAN (local access network) required; For security requirements, freelancers will not connect to the provided systems and tools using WiFi.
A minimum of 25 Mbps Internet connection with 25 Mbps download & 10 Mbps upload speed
No 3rd-party antivirus software installed
Microphone/headset with background noise canceling
Webcam, preferably compatible with Windows Hello Technology
