Functional Overview: The Engineering Supervisor is primarily responsible in planning and overseeing the site operations in the night shift, such as admin and facilities maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of facilities, as well as the stability and efficiency of equipment and tools to support operations and business functions. He/she should be equipped with technical knowledge in the day-to-day operations. This position will be in charge in the night shift operations. He/she will supervise customer-facing teams and ensure consistent, high-level customer support and management develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures and ensure the office operate smoothly and efficiently workforce planning and management monitoring and compliance to occupational safety and health standards and planning and organizing events, which may include training sessions, interviews, orientations, and policy or procedure updates relevant to the Department. This position is also responsible for ensuring that routine facility utility processes are carried out in the safest, most efficient and cost-effective way possible. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to onsite personnel (Engineering and Customer Success Teams) regarding facility operations and scope/quality of services in the night shift operations Assume the decision-maker, leadership role in the night shift operations Keep the leadership team informed of all the activities and incidence in the operations especially show-readiness issues Checks and monitors implementation of DOLE and OSH rules and regulations Ensure site show-readiness ensure consistency and top-quality delivery of facilities services to existing and prospective clients and effectively monitor manage vendor and guests as part of office security management Respond and interact with clients to build a good customer relationship Project management Schedule & Monitor Office Equipment PM (civil, electrical, mechanical equipment and fire protection) Handle project management scope (MEPFS) Implement all Monitoring Forms & Generate Reports Daily monitoring/closing of tickets filed via facilities ticketing system. Prepare PR and seek quotation from vendors Incident Reporting Asset Inventory Facilities Supplies Management Ensure that the facilities and office equipment are fully functioning Coordinate with building administrator for various facility matters. Supervise the quarterly inventory of fixed assets. Coordinates with Procurement for deliveries (Supplies and Equipment) Prepare the team for any scheduled internal audit Coordinate facilities / building issues Conduct site routine inspection Estimate and order supplies repairs parts as needed Facilities maintenance such as: painting walls, furniture, and other supplies. Supervise renovations, repairs and civil works. Train, develop and evaluate Engineering team members Develop, review, improve and streamline policies, systems, and procedures Assist in the development and enforcement of the department budget Workforce planning and management Plan and organize training sessions, interviews, new hire trainings, and policy or procedure updates relevant to the Engineering Department Assume all the responsibilities and authority in the absence of the Engineering manager Can work holidays and on call on weekends during emergency situations Travel to other office sites Other tasks to be assigned from time to time Minimum Competencies: With strong leadership, good oral and written communication skills, customer oriented. Knowledgeable in refrigeration and air-conditioning, and fire protection. Knowledgeable on maintenance and troubleshooting techniques. Strong work commitment, achievement focus and ability to meet work deadlines. Keen attention to detail and possess high analytical and critical thinking. Must be able to assess and act on issues and problems Well organized and a Team Player. Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate of any Engineering related course , and a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer Must have at least five (5) years of working experience in the field of Building Property, Facilities and equipment maintenance Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and AutoCAD.
