Qualifications are as follows:
Graduate of BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
At least 15 years of work experience (10 years should be in a managerial capacity)
Must be highly experienced in Electro-mechanical aspects of Engineering
Preferably with work experience as a Plant Engineer
With working knowledge in building construction and maintenance
Highly analytical, innovative, decisive, reliable, and discrete in handling confidential information
Cost-conscious and with good business judgement
Strong leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle pressure/emergencies calmly
Applicants must be willing to work in Marikina City
