Job description
1. Plans, organizes, directs, monitors and controls the operations of the Engineering Department.
2. Conducts effective maintenance and monitoring of all utilities and physical facilities.
3. Maintains and monitors the physical structure and integrity of the building.
4. Ensures effective and efficient inventory of maintenance machines and equipment.
5. Develops, monitors, and evaluates together with the executives the progress of any projects.
6. Ensure that the facility is safe and free from possible hazards and risks.
7. Ensures that all applicable government requirements are complied with, can be but not limited to, mechanical plans, architectural plans, engineering plans.
8. Ensures that IMS standards are implemented, monitored and documented.
9. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
